Newnorth is committed to minimising the effect its operations have on the environment. Guided by our Environmental Management Review Team and monitored and measured by KPI's, our environmental philosophy complements everything that we do. From the FSC papers and Vegetable inks that we use to the equipment we purchase. Through practical issues such as the vehicles that we drive and the efficient use of energy and water, to how we dispose of our waste products.
We have achieved both FSC (Forest Stewardship Council) and PEFC (Program for the Endorsement of Forest Certification Schemes). And our Environmental Management Systems are accredited to ISO 14401.
Providing a quality service whilst maintaining competitive is fundamental to our continued growth and success. We achieve this through investing in the training of all our employees, and as an Investor in People we ensure that the right service and products are of the correct quality and are delivered on time. Our use of Optimus MIS, a management information system specifically developed for the print industry, which records and tracks all documentation from initial estimates to delivery and invoicing for effective information management across our business. We also are accredited with ISO9001 status in April 2004 and have consistently maintained approved procedures since.
