Whether that means double checking all of our prices, chasing through jobs, or safeguarding against any potential pitfalls. It's a diverse and sometimes challenging role but one I very much enjoy. Every day brings something new.
Quality & Continuous Improvement Manager

I am responsible for the quality, efficiency & process improvements within the company. Ensuring our customers get more bang for their bucks. I am a keen footballer and road cyclist. I am father of three gorgeous girls and spend most of my time trying to get into one of our bathrooms.

I manage the Pre-Press department. All digital files supplied to Newnorth go through us to be checked, proofed and made print ready before going onto the presses. I am married with two children and a new puppy! I enjoying cycling when time allows and DIY when it doesn't

I've spent 17 years at Newnorth and am responsible for all operational activities at Newnorth. It makes for a varied and interesting day. I am a keen cyclist, and have recently started competing. I am also a father with two sons, and partner to a long suffering wife!
I am responsible for scheduling the flow of work through Newnorth. Organising which jobs go to press and when they are finished. All of this results in me shifting coloured blocks around on my computer screen. My colleagues often jest that all I do is play Tetris all day. When I'm not "playing Tetris" I am also the lead guitarist of my rock band Stormbringer.

As MD I have a very hands on role within Newnorth, keeping my finger on the pulse allows me to move the Company forwards. I have the privilege of managing a great team of conscientious people and the responsibilities that go with it! I also have the honour of representing Newnorth to the outside world, which brings me into contact with lots of very interesting people. I chill out by getting out into the countryside, walking my Labradors or with a rod in my hand, fly fishing for trout.
Nicky - Marketing Manager
Nicky is a Marketing Manager. She is tasked with sourcing printed materials for her company. And she has a soft spot for Dave, the printer – as he always solves her problems. We have many clients with the same issues as Nicky (even though they may not have a soft spot for Dave!)
Nigel - Print Buyer
Nigel is one of Nicky’s colleagues. He wants “all sorts of stuff printed”, often at short notice. Fortunately he knows that this is something he can often rely on Dave for.
Dave - The Printer
Dave works for Newnorth Print and is always available to advise Nicky and Nigel on the best way to solve their print problem, whatever needs printing whether it’s exhibition graphics, brochures or mugs.
